How much does a ticket cost?
R50-00 per person.
I have lost my ticket (or email) which I bought online, what do I do?
You can download your ticket from your account page at any time - your email address is your username. Lost passwords can be reset by selecting "forgotten password" on the login screen.

What time can we start arriving at the campsite to pitch tents?
From 15:00 on Thursday the 20th of March 2025.
Are drones allowed?
Drones are not allowed, by law, anywhere near the conference unless prior authorisation and air clearance has been given by the event organisers.
Will food be available in the camping area?
Food and beverage vendors will be located near the stage area where you can buy basic take-aways from vendors. We do however, recommend that you bring your own food as your needs require.
Will there be shower facilities?
Cold water showering facilities (that operate during designated hours) will be available. You are welcome to bring your own portable shower which can be erected at your campsite. Temporary toilet facilities will be available. Please take note that you need to bring your own toilet paper.
Do I need to book my own accommodation or will it be provided?
You can choose to camp outdoors on the farm, free of charge, or you can book alternative accommodation in the surrounding area.
Will a doctor be available at the venue?
Yes, doctors will be available at headquarters (located on the farm) as well as an emergency team.
What languages will the conference be presented in / catered for?
The conference will be in held in English. We regret that there will not be any translation services at this year's conference.
Who will lead the worship this year?
Midpoint Worship.
Can I braai at the campsite
All open flames (except from a gas "skottel" braai ) are prohibited, however there will be a communal and regulated bonfire area where fires & open flame braais will be permitted.
Will there be Mighty Men Branded clothing for sale? Caps, shirts etc?
We will have clothing available to purchase in advance, for pickup at the conference as well as a clothing stall on the conference weekend.
