Accommodation: Camping & Guest Houses

Conference attendees may choose to stay on-site, by camping outdoors within the designated camping area, or book accommodation nearby as a Day Visitor.

What to bring:

  • Personal Toiletries (Soap, shampoo and toilet paper)

The camping ground will be accessible for setting up tents from 14:00 on Thursday the 20th of March. Please do not leave any valuables in your tent overnight.

Please note:

  • No Fires will be allowed
  • Fires only allowed in designated communal braai/bonfire area which will be clearly signposted
  • No Drugs/Alcohol will be allowed
  • No Fire arms will be allowed
  • No Drones
  • Water on the farm is for washing only, please bring your own drinking water or support our vendors

Toilets and Showers:

Temporary Showers and Toilets will be available (Bring own toilet paper). Cold water showers will be operational within specific hours. You are welcome to bring your own portable camping showers that can be erected at your campsite.

Food & Drinks:

There will be a Vendor area where you will be able to buy yourself take away food, coffee and cold drinks, however we recommend  that you also  bring your own food as per your needs.

Emergency Services:

Doctors and paramedics will be on standby during the whole weekend in the case of a medical emergency

There will be a separate parking area for the day visitors. Please remember to bring your own camping chair, hat and sunscreen. Day visitors will be responsible for their own accommodation, however we have included a few links below which may be helpful.
